Teylor is a fintech founded in 2018 and based in Zurich, Switzerland. Since 2018, we have been operating and developing the Teylor Credit Platform, a software solution for businesses. In addition to the platform technology, Teylor also offers loans to corporate clients as a financial services provider, under the Teylor brand, and more recently through our own fund. On our way to becoming Europe's leading provider of credit software and digital corporate loans, we are now looking for a top talent to join our administration team.


Your responsibilities will be divided as follows:

1. Utilize our CRM system to extract, analyze, and report on sales data, identifying trends, patterns, and opportunities for growth.

2. Collaborate closely with the sales and marketing team to understand business objectives, develop key performance indicators, and provide insightful, data-driven recommendations.

3. Develop and maintain dashboards, reports, and analyses to provide actionable insights for decision-makers across the organization.

4. Assist in maintaining the CRM database, ensuring data quality and integrity.

5. Contribute to CRM system improvements, including process automation and custom report creation.

6. Participate in cross-functional projects to optimize the CRM system and improve data usage throughout the company.

7. Perform regular and ad-hoc quantitative and qualitative analysis of our sales funnel, customer behavior, and market trends.

  1. Bachelor’s degree (or comparable) in Business, Economics, Statistics, Information Systems, or related field.
  2. Experience in working with the ZOHO One Platform (Zoho CRM Administrator certification is preferred)
  3. Proven experience as a Sales Data Analyst or similar role, with a strong focus on CRM systems.
  4. Proficiency in SQL and experience with business intelligence tools (Metabase, PowerBI).
  5. Good understanding of CRM systems (e.g., Salesforce, Microsoft Dynamics, Zoho) and best practices.
  6. Excellent analytical and problem-solving abilities.
  7. Strong communication skills to effectively collaborate with team members and present insights to stakeholders.
  8. Attention to detail and a commitment to data accuracy.
  9. Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and meet deadlines.
  10. Must be able to communicate in English and German at a professional working proficiency.
